Supporters show their true colours

The CWA rooms were filled with shades of pink last Monday for the annual Pink Ribbon Breakfast, to raise funds for breast cancer research.

Pink t-shirts, ribbons and scarfs were part of the dress code as more than 60 people joined in the fundraising breakfast hosted by the CWA evening branch.

On the menu, fruit juice, cereal, toast, tea and coffee and the always popular croissants.

The breakfast is becoming a very popular event on the CWAs annual calendar and funds raised will be shared between the Gloucester Breast Cancer Support Group and breast cancer research.

The lucky winners of the raffle on the morning were Carol McCloy and Jill Laurie.
