GLOUCESTER High held its 20th annual school’s tri challenge
The event, a shorter version of the Gloucester Mountain Man
Tri Challenge, sees students from year 6 to year 12 complete a 9km bike ride, 4km
paddle and 4km run.
Individual entrants must be at least 14 to compete, while
younger athletes are encouraged to participate as part of a team.
This year’s winner was Shelby Green, who finished the course
in just under an hour and a half.
Shelby maintained a narrow lead on the final run leg to
defeat second place getter Ryan Yates.
The first girl over the line was Natalie Williams.
