Victim impact statements will be read to the court before Grogan is sentenced for the murder of elderly Gloucester resident Alan Henry, 72.
Grogan was found guilty of Mr Henry’s murder in September after a two-week trial in Port Macquarie.

He had severe head injuries and was airlifted to Westmead Hospital in Sydney where he died three months later.
