Cavs romped to an easy nine-wicket win against Soldiers Club Colts in the preliminary final last weekend.
Skipper Mathew Higgins steered his side home with an unbeaten 53.
Colts batted first on a good strip and started brightly with Tom Markey (36) and Neil Burley (34) guiding their team past 100 before a late flurry of wickets saw the side dismissed for 121.
Ben Reynolds finished with figures of 5-16 while Reece Bowden chipped in with three wickets.
Cavs were largely untroubled in reeling in the total, Higgins combining with Matt Bowden (42) for a strong opening stand before a quick-fire 20 from Ryan Yates saw the total passed with plenty of balls to spare.
Sam Pickworth claimed the only wicket to fall while Hayden Berry finished with the economical figures of 0-13 from eight.
The grand final starts at 1pm on number one oval.
