Bowe and Lidbury’s Michael Easey finished third in the National Young Auctioneer’s challenge after winning the NSW title in 2013.
Mograni Creek Devon farmer Mark Coombes secured numerous awards including best exhibit and grand champion bull with Mograni Generator.
He also won junior champion female (Mograni Strawberry), reserve senior champion female (Mograni Lilly) and reserve junior champion bull (Mograni Hot Shot).
The Little Manning Devon stud owned by the Edwards family also had success, securing the best maintained team title (two to five head).
Shayne Gardiner’s Banarra Brahmans Stud at Tipperary also won the best maintained Brahman team (two to five head).
Paul and Julie Wardell had great success in the Australian stock horse categories, winning several classes with their horses Silverthorn Guns and Roses and Silverthorn Oakwood.
The couple also secured several minor placings.
Bantam chook breeders Phillip and Linda Tisdell of Wherrol Flat also tasted success, winning four titles.
