The lead vocalist from Rose Tattoo shared his personal experiences on resilience, encouraging the audience to recognise the ways they deal with stress and adversity.
The talk formed part of a free event designed to educate the community on how to build resilience and make valuable connections with others.
Andrew Harvey, the children, young people and families counsellor at the Gloucester Community Health Centre, also shared strategies for building mateship which were vital for resilience.
Following the event Angry joined community members for afternoon tea, engaging with them one-on-one and answering questions.
Organisers would like to thank the Bucketts Way Neighbourhood Group, Rural Support Worker, Department of Primary Industries, Rural Adversity Mental Health Program, Gloucester Domestic and Family Violence Committee and Gloucester Mind Matters Committee.
