DOZENS of school students from Stroud, Stroud Road and Booral will take part in the Stroud Cricket Club’s Milo T20 Blast School Cup at Booral Public School this Thursday.

The new T20 Blast format for local schools will be played, with only the one school previously participating in these days in the previous couple of seasons.
Ben Rohrer from the Transport for NSW Speedblitz Blues and Emily Leys from the Lend Lease Breakers will spend the majority of Wednesday and Thursday in Gloucester and Stroud.
Both players will conduct a clinic with students from St Joseph’s Primary at Gloucester District Park between 1pm and 2.30pm on Wednesday before a training session with the Gloucester representative squad between 4pm and 5.30pm.
On Thursday the pair will make an appearance at the Milo T20 Blast Schools Cup at Booral Public School between 10am and 11am. Rohrer will visit Stroud Public School between 11.30am and 1pm before presenting the winning team with their trophy at Booral that afternoon.
He will then attend Stroud Cricket Club’s Milo In2Cricket registration evening between 4pm and 5.30pm.
Leys will visit Stratford Public School for a clinic between 12pm and 3pm before attending the Gloucester Junior Cricket Association’s registration evening and come and try event at Gloucester District Park between 4pm and 5.30pm.
