Tamworth’s Westpac Rescue Helicopter flew paramedics to a property at Bindera (south-west of Barrington) on Monday afternoon to airlift the woman.
The 50-year-old was on the roof of a building when she fell some 3.5m suffering pelvic and facial fractures.
