Stroud were within sight of a comfortable victory having set Colts a gettable target of 120 before Cohen (44) and Berry, with an unbeaten 28, rescued the innings.
Berry combined with Andrew Hughes (13 not out) to guide the side home with two wickets and nine overs to spare.
Ben Berry did the damage with the ball for Colts, claiming four wickets for just 14 runs in an impressive six over stint.
He was well-supported by Phil Reeves (3-14 from 5.1) and Nathan Butler (2-25 from five).
In Saturday’s other match the unbeaten Rawdon Vale Bulls easily accounted for an under strength Nowendoc side, racing to a five-wicket win.
Set 109 by the Bushrangers, the Bulls reached the target in the 19th over with Brett Radford (45) doing most of the damage.
Radford also shone with the ball in hand, claiming 2-21 from an uninterrupted eight-over stint in searing conditions.
Kenny Wamsley (3-19 from 4.5) and Stephen Coombes (2-11 from three) provided handy support.
