This morning police charged a 48-year-old man after he allegedly refused to move when directed.
Police from the Manning-Great Lakes Local Area Command spoke to a small group of protesters at Fairbairns Lane about 7am today (Friday, October 31).
Protest activity has been ongoing outside AGL's compound on Fairbairns Lane for the past two weeks.
Fracking at the site began at the start of this week.
The man was issued with a Field Court Attendance Notice for not obeying the direction of police.
He is expected to appear before Taree Local Court on Monday, December 2.
