Police allegedly retrieved several small resealable plastic bags containing methyl amphetamine (ICE) as well as an amount of cannabis during an early morning raid of the premises on February 18.
A 23-year-old woman was charged with possessing cannabis.
A 41-year-old man was charged with possessing the drug ICE.

Police allegedly seized just under 10 grams of cannabis while searching the home on February 20.
A 44-year-old male will appear at Gloucester Local Court in April charged with possessing a prohibited drug.
Woman cautioned for marijuana possession
A GLOUCESTER woman has been cautioned after police allegedly found a small amount of cannabis in her vehicle.
Police stopped the woman while driving on Church St about 4.55pm on January 30.
During a search of the vehicle they allegedly found a small plastic bag containing cannabis.
The 31-year-old was a handed a caution for possession.
3.5m pot plants spotted from road
A COPELAND man will face court next month after police spotted cannabis plants growing in his backyard.
Police driving on the Scone Rd on January 23 allegedly spotted several tall cannabis plants growing in the backyard of a nearby home.
Officers attended the property and found four cannabis plants approximately 3.5m high.
A 73-year-old Copeland man will appear in Gloucester Local Court in April charged with possession and cultivating cannabis.
Teen caught with drugs at school
A GLOUCESTER teenager who was allegedly caught with cannabis at a local school has been cautioned by police.
The 15-year-old has been dealt with under the Young Offenders Act for possessing a prohibited drug.
