Opponents the Top Pub Cavaliers were unable to score the 12 runs from the final over needed to win the title, handing the Bulls victory.
Cavs had looked on target to comfortably reel in the target of 171 and, but for some tight bowling by the Bulls at the back end of the innings, would have clinched the title.
Instead, the Top Pub side finished 10 runs shy of victory at 6-162 with opener Mathew Higgins top scoring with 58.
Higgins had shared in a 37-run opening stand with Coen Durbidge (17) before combining with Ryan Yates (31) for a 63-run stand which ended when Yates was out, caught from the bowling of Blake Steadman.
Mick Fraser was the best of the Rawdon Vale bowlers finishing with 3-31 from his eight overs.
Earlier, Rawdon Vale enjoyed superb batting conditions to post 9-171 from the allotted 40 overs with the bulk of the runs coming in a 69-run stand between Brett Radford and Nick Clarke.
Radford finished with 46 and Clarke 36 with some lusty hitting at the bottom of the innings by Jamie Andrews (19) guiding Rawdon Vale past 150.
Ben Reynolds was the pick of the Cavs bowlers finishing with 3-31 from his eight-over spell. Cavs keeper-batsman Ryan Yates topped the run charts with 317 from 12 matches at an average of 35, just ahead of Rawdon Vale’s Adam Cameron who finished with 314 from 10 matches at an average of 78.5.
Cavs Ethan Hamilton topped the wicket count for the season with 21 scalps at an average of 8.95 from 12 matches.
Team-mate Peter Reynolds claimed the season’s best figures with 6-6.
