The club was fortunate to have a spectacular visit from Paul Bennett Airshows in his beautiful Pitts Special. Paul has just returned from performing in Asia. It was a fun get together for the pilots as well as a great opportunity for Gloucester locals to get up close and personal with the visiting aircraft.
The event continued into Saturday night with a delicious dinner provided by the club. The Bowden Brothers put together another entertaining gig with a fireworks display the icing on the cake. It was a great family night enjoyed by all who were present. The event is held every year to benefit the Aero Club as well as the Westpac Rescue Helicopter. Look out for it again next year around mid October.
