Held last week at Taree Showground, the walk attracted around 140 dogs with their owners.
Vice president of the Taree and District volunteer branch Pattie Hogan said a lot of the feedback she received was families followed their mothers' to the event, as they wanted to spend the morning together.
"It was absolutely fantastic," said Pattie. "Great weather, and a really good fundraiser for the branch."
Pattie says the money raised will go towards funding further RSPCA activities in the local area.
The latest fundraising project to come to fruition is Taree's Saxby's Park becoming leash free.
The official opening of the park is this Friday, May 13 at 11am.
The community is welcome to attend. There will be a RSPCA information van on site.
