Shaping Our Futures Together (SOFT) is a free two-day course on November 8 and 9, with modules on developing self-esteem, networking, goal setting, leadership and communication.
The course is two days of fun, with many different activities, including some lovely relaxation sessions.
You will learn lots of strategies to fill your toolbox for when you need it.
Things like:
- how to say no
- coping with difficult times
- tools for developing a healthy self-esteem
- understanding needs and behaviour
- some great communication strategies
- managing relationships
The Rural Resilience Program will kindly fund the course with priority given to primary producers; you would just need to pay your own your travel and accommodation (if required). Lunches, morning and afternoon tea will be provided.
The course runs from 9am to 4pm on November 8 and 9 in the MidCoast Council Gloucester office Committee Room.
