James Yates did all the damage with the ball snaring a seven wicket hall and was on a hatrick twice.
Stroud batting first posted 207 in their 40 overs with Dallas Schultz getting 108 with Riley Collins being the best of the bowlers with two wickets for 41 runs.
Colts responded with Tom Markey getting 45 and Harry Clarke 49 after an early collapse to give some back to the colts, then Bryce Lacey and Kenneth Walmsley both getting to good starts until the rain stopped play, in taking the best 20 overs from both sides seen Stroud prevail with victory.
Brett standing was the best of the strouds bowlers with three wickets for 25 runs
There is two more round games left with the Top Pub Cavaliers well out in front and followed by Stroud and the colts to fight out 2nd and 3rd positions. Nowendoc yet to post a win.
Gloucester’s over 35s cricket players played against Taree on Sunday, February 5.
Gloucester batted first and got 179 runs with the top scorers being Dallas Schultz on 38 and Darryn Yates on 28.
Gloucester then bowled them out for just 74 with Paul Rosenbaum getting 4 wickets including a hatrick and Kyran Laurie getting 3 wickets.
That secures a home final on the 19th.
