Bruce Snape kept everyone busy training their horses in a variety of skills while having fun.
Activities were a challenging utility pattern, a keyhole race, egg and spoon race (on the horse and at speed), a relay where two riders held a rope and had to complete a figure of eight pattern.
Bruce showed how to use logs on the ground to reinforce flying changes, we competed in a Lord/Lady of the Rings Challenge with swords flying, and finally finished the day with the cow-less campdraft another excellent training activity for your horse young or old.
Our next day will be a twilight beach ride at Tuncurry on March 15.
