The animals have been left with no grass after the catastrophic fires that raged through the valley west of Wauchope last Sunday and Monday.
FAWNA has launched a fundraising campaign to help fund the provision of food for wildlife until some rain comes to bring fresh new shoots for the fauna that is now without food.
A donation as little as $5 will be gratefully received to help the volunteer group defray these costs.
A donation via the ‘donate’ link on the www.fawna.org.au website allows donors to specify they wish the funds to go to the Pappinbarra Wildlife.
All donations are tax deductible and can be made via the website or to FAWNA (NSW) Inc, PO Box 218, Wauchope NSW 2446.
FAWNA guarantees all donations go without deduction to directly help wildlife that is in need in some way.
