Early bird priced tickets are now on sale for the three day event to be held October 13-15 at Wingham Showgrounds.
The Wingham Akoostik Festival presents local and touring artists playing diverse musical styles. A mix of well-known Australian icons have performed on the Akoostik stage over the years and this year 70 artists will perform including:

- Ella Hooper
- The Turner Brown Band (USA)
- Eurogliders
- Twin Peaks (Canada)
- Bad Pony
- Scott Darlow
- Sara Tindley
- Josh Needs
- Kava Kings
To celebrate the recent number one ARIA Chart debut of her 11th studio album Dragonfly, Kasey Chambers recently announced the first dates of her 2017 Dragonfly Tour.
The Dragonfly double album is out now and is Kasey’s fifth number one album.
The Dragonfly Tour kicked off around the country in April with Kasey (and band) taking in capital cities and regional towns stretching from Tasmania across to Western Australia and Victoria. Kasey will also be performing some of her classic hits.
Kasey’s father, Bill Chambers has performed at Akoostik a number of times to great acclaim.
