When the old wooden railway bridge at Easton Street, Bundook, badly in need of repair, was replaced by a flash silver thing of beauty, the locals decided it deserved a proper welcome.

So a barbecue and ribbon cutting ceremony took place on Saturday, July 29. Jan Palmowski on his horse, Heshkie cut the red ribbon and afterward, all present gathered in true community spirit to celebrate at the Ferguson Eagle Rock property.

Everyone raised a glass to our new Tin Bridge, enjoyed good food, good company and yarned the afternoon away.
