Kelly put the first score on the board early with a great shot. Tristyn worked hard in his defensive role marking their talented number seven player, while Hayden made some solid passes to our forwards.
Josh, Lane and Kayden made some great attacking play and the score of 1-0 at half time did not really reflect our determination for more goals as our numerous attempts unfortunately hitting and rebounding off the post.
Aiden added to the score line shortly after kick off with a brilliant ball from outside the box.
Joseph followed on with a terrific, solid strike unable to be saved by their keeper.
Hayden and Jack put pressure on the Wanderers, while Isaac worked well in the halves using his head to keep the ball in our territory. Drifta worked well as a team up front this week, providing plenty of quality passes by Zeke, Harrison and Beau.
Sam made a return to goals in the second half, to shut down some great attacking play, unfortunately Wingham making one though to the net just before full time, bringing the score to 3-1.
Last game of the finals is next week and Drifta travel to Tinonee and kick off at 10:20.
