There will be live entertainment, a four course meal and an auction to secure the sponsorship of one of eight races.
As expected, all tickets for the evening have been sold and the night will be well attended by the committee, sponsor, and locals along with support from a variety of local suppliers.
Tickets will be sold on the night for the Calcutta event, being held at the Krambach Hotel on the night preceding the Krambach Cup and the Krambach Race Club expects a good turnout to that event also.
As part of the Krambach Race Club’s commitment to the community, one of the highlights of the evening will be the presentation of funds to a representative from the Krambach Rural Bush Fire Brigade and Krambach Public School.
The funds will be used respectively to provide helmet mounted torches for each active RFB member and to cover the cost of transport for all Krambach Public School students to attend their annual ‘Learn to Swim’ program which runs over a number of days in November.
The club will be providing bus transport to and from Taree Wingham Race Club on October 20 and a luncheon has been organised for the sponsors.
If you would like to book a seat on the bus, you can do so via the ‘Book the Bus’ page on the Krambach Race Club website or by emailing BookTheBus@KrambachRaceClub.com.au
It is expected to be a massive day out for punters and race goers alike, and the Krambach Cup, this year having Bakewell Haulage as it’s major sponsor, is one of the highlights of the local racing calendar.
This gala dinner has been in preparation since early this year, and is expected to be an annual event.
