Members of the Gloucester Returned Services League (RSL) sub branch are hosting a few special guests at the Gloucester Memorial Park Cenotaph Clock Tower before Remembrance Day this year.

On the afternoon of Friday, November 10 the sub branch will hold a small thank you ceremony in recognition of the $12,946 of grants funds received to help install the permanent seating near the clock tower.
Around 34 people are expected to be at the event taking place at 1pm, including: State Minister for Lands and Forestry, Paul Toole; member for Upper Hunter, Michael Johnsen, MidCoast deputy mayor, Katheryn Smith and other representatives from council who helped with the construction of the seating.
Sub branch member, Bob Hewett will host the ceremony, thank the minister for the grant funding and the council for the installation with Mr Toole being invited to say a few words.
The following day is Remembrance Day (Saturday, November 11).
The Gloucester RSL sub branch will host a service at the clock tower beginning at 10:50am.
The ceremony will supported by the RAAF cadets. singers from Gloucester High School and reverend Rob Llewellyn who will deliver the Remembrance Day Address.
Wreaths will be laid.
All are invited to attend.
