After an adrenalin filled weekend in May, both Skydive Maitland and Aerohunter are returning to Gloucester to do it all again this weekend.
“Nothing quite compares to the pure adrenalin rush when you skydive from 14,000 feet above the earth reaching terminal velocity and speeds in excess of 200km/h,” Jason Clarke from Skydive Maitland said.
“Then your parachute opens and it all slows down so you can take in the beauty of the Barrington Tops and local countryside.”
Chris Tibbetts, from Aerohunter, pilots the war-bird Yak 52 and promises to give enthusiasts the ride of a lifetime.
The 1991 Soviet built Yak 52 was developed for combat training and is nothing short of fast, handling a lot like a fighter jet.
It is not every day you have one, let alone two, chances of a lifetime happening in your own backyard.
Why not take yourself out of your comfort zone and book either a tandem skydive for $299 or an aerobatic war-bird flight for $280 this weekend.
