The children of Gloucester learned about the importance of hydration and drinking tap water with a visit from Whizzy the Waterdrop.
Whizzy made a splash at the Gloucester library on Monday, November 14, when he showed up during storytime.
He arrived just after the children has finished listening to the story, Clap Clap Choose Tap, about drinking water.
Some were even brave enough to have their photo taken with him.
Whizzy is a part MidCoast Water program that visits preschools and schools around the region.
Gloucester Librarian, Amanda Field said the library has storytime every Monday from 10:00 – 11:00am.
All children are welcome when accompanied by an adult to listen to the story. They also sing and do crafts.
