This day will be held in the CWA Rooms on Monday, August 14. Guest speakers have been arranged as well as a taste menu. If you wish to attend please phone Donna on 65582002 for catering purposes.
Branch members wish to congratulate member Lauren and her husband, James McRae on the safe arrival of their daughter Hannah, a future CWA member.
Improvements have recently been made to the CWA rooms, an air conditioner has been installed in the kitchen, thanks to a donation from a Gloucester family, shade blinds look great on the front windows having received a grant from the Holiday Coast Credit Union and a covered roof over the back of the building thanks to the construction of David Cox which now makes a great shade area for the children to play who attends Play group.
For the next meeting members are asked to bake a rhubarb cake, don’t forget to cook it longer than the recipe says, and hope we have plenty of entries.
Next meeting will be held at the CWA rooms on Thursday, August 10 commencing at 6.30pm for those who wish to discuss our recent survey from State office or 7pm for the general meeting, new members most welcome.
