Taking place on the Number One Oval shortly after the official Australia Day ceremony finished in Billabong Park, the players took to the pitch.
The afternoon morning game saw the young ones, the under 35s take on the three time Mid North Coast Cricket champions over 35s in a friendly Aussie day match.
Final result was 139 to 102 in favour of the young ones.
Gloucester’s over 35s will be defending their title, for the fourth time in a row, in the Mid North Coast Cricket final against Manning on Sunday, February 4 in Taree.
The club hopes to make the match an annual event.
