The match was originally scheduled for this Sunday, February 4.
However, MNC chairman Gordon Cross said a mix-up in communication means the wicket won’t be prepared for Sunday.
Gloucester is looking to defend its three-time championship title and play for its fourth straight win.
However, Manning will go into the February 18 match with an unbeaten record this summer.
This included a win over Gloucester at Gloucester.
United all-rounder Danial Stone from Manning said his team ‘got a bit lucky’ in the match against Gloucester and he expects a tight game on February 18.
The match will start at 10am.
