The celebrations included a mass, followed by morning tea and open classrooms where students and parents engaged in water experiments and science activities.
This year’s theme, ‘Catholic schools: Faith in our Future’ focused on strengthening relationships between students and their Catholic faith by ensuring that all students - with support from their parents, staff and members of the wider diocesan community - have every opportunity of realising their full potential.
Events were open to parents and the wider community who enjoyed helping their children with their STEM Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) challenges of creating rafts and catapults.
This year, St. Joseph's will focus on STEM with students participating in weekly activities.
