Easter bonnets
Head to the craft store and put together a collection of glue, glitter and chenille Easter chicks and let the kids go wild on an old hat.
Egg dyeing
To create some colourful creations start by hard boiling some eggs. Now put together a concoction of half a cup of boiling water with one teaspoon of vinegar and 10 drops of food colouring.
Dip your eggs in the mixture for 2-3 minutes or longer for varying colours.
After they have dried you can add extra decorations such as paint and glitter.
Easter egg hunt
In recent times, real eggs have been replaced with the chocolate.
Each year the Easter Bunny hides chocolate eggs for children to find.
If you have a big group of children coming to Easter you can buy your own eggs and create an Easter egg hunt inside or even in the garden.
