At the end of the April meeting, members of Gloucester CWA enjoyed a pomegranate-themed lunch at  Elaine and Bill Murray’s property, who have many pomegranate trees in their extensive garden. This unique fruit is the primary product of study being carried out by all CWA members in NSW. Agriculture and Environment officer, Sandy Tebbet shared some it's history and explained the different varieties. She also provided a delicious lunch of a cocktail, salads and dessert – all including pomegranates. The lunch was voted an outstanding success.
