Markie brings along a number of their mutual friends including Lucas (Tyler Posey), Ronnie (Sam Lerner) and Brad (Hayden Szeto), and they all travel to Mexico for one last getaway before graduation.
After a week of partying, one of the students is convinced by a stranger to play a seamlessly harmless midnight game of truth or dare with the others.
Once the game starts, it awakens something evil, a demon which forces the friends to share dark secrets and confront their deepest fears. There are a few weird tensions and omens, but only after they get back do they realise what’s happened.
They’ve been followed home by a deadly version of the game and they are being haunted by the demon spirit of truth or dare. The rules are simple but wicked, tell the truth or die, do the dare or die, and if you stop playing, you die.
I brought you all up here because I’m okay with strangers dying if it means I get to live.
