Gloucester Pony Club sent seven competitors to the 2018 NSW Pony Club Championships as part of the zone 25 team.

Charlotte, Nicholas and Melody Maslen, Amy and Anthony Shultz, Emma Johnston and Jodie Harris travelled to Dorrigo for the weekend of April 14-16.
Seven sporting events were held on the first day - barrel race, Bonfield Bounce, mug race, flag race, bending, diamond flag and sporting figure of eight.
Zone 25 topped the pointscore for the sporting day with Amy, Anthony and a member from Salt Ash Pony Club making up the team.
Day two saw the campdraft competition with zone 25 again coming out on top in the pointscore, with Anthony, Charlotte Maslen, Emma and a member from Dungog Pony Club completing the team.
Charlotte, Amy and Anthony made up the zone 25 penning team and after two rounds came fourth.
Anthony was part of the NSW campdraft team which came out victorious against Queensland in the highly contested state competition.

Anthony Shultz Sporting: 2nd barrel race, 3rd flag race, 4th Bonfield Bounce, 3rd sporting figure of eight, 10th diamond flag. 4th overall in 11-13yrs (zone team champion). Campdraft: Champion 10-13yrs (zone team champion and state team champion) Team Penning: 4th
Nicholas Maslen Sporting: Encouragement Award, Campdraft: 9th in 10-13yrs
Melody Maslen Sporting: 9th barrel race, 7th Bonfield Bounce, 8th mug race
Emma Johnston Sporting 7th barrel, 2nd flag race. Campdraft 6th, Zone team.
Jodie Harris: Sporting 2nd Bonfield Bounce, 6th diamond flag, 3rd bending.
