Accommodation Gloucester v Gloucester BlueLight: Everyone played well in damp conditions with many goals being narrowly missed. Emily Murray, Audrey Holstein, Jack Yarnold & Billy Dulihanty played well in defence, with Owen Bithrey blocking as many goals as he could. James Terras, Dylan Schultz, Nick Edwards & Billy played well setting up goals with James & Dylan scoring 3 goals each for Accommodation Gloucester. Gloucester BlueLight was outnumbered on the field by two players but BlueLight made up for it with some great passing, great communication and great sportsmanship. Paula Edwards had an outstanding game with so many saves in goals. Simon Collins game was also very consistent and improves every week.

Gloucester Barrington Pest Control division 2
Gloucester Farmers’ Markets (Yellow) vs. Hunter Special Vehicles (White): A drizzly, cold morning didn’t detract from the action on the field for the two opening teams of the day. Fancy footwork by Oliver and Tyler saw that sibling rivalry was alive and well. Both teams were determined to keep the score low with a 1-1 draw at half time. Hard running by Nicholas (yellow) and Jessica (white) kept up the enthusiasm for their teams. Thomas H did his best not to slip over too many times rueing missing his boots, Kaitlyn and Lucas showed their talents challenging each other down the sideline. Quinlan was unlucky in goals when his great save ricochet straight to Lucas’ body for a winning goal. Final score 3-1 to HSV.
Gloucester/Barrington Pest Control (Maroon) vs. Autolec Gloucester (Dark Blue): The second game of the morning saw 14 enthusiastic children tearing up the field. Emily scored early for Maroon, supported by the great teamwork of Joe, Bradley and Seth. Xavier was outstanding in defence for Maroon helping Lily keep out numerous attempts at goals. Jake was ably supported by Ruben and Hudson, scoring a handful of goals for Blue. Both teams worked well together, passing and calling to each other. The second half of the game was a nail biter, with Xavier scoring off a header as a highlight. Final score was not indicative of the closeness of the game, 10-4 to Autolec.
Gloucester Soldiers’ Club (Red) vs. Gloucester Bluelight (Green): The final game of the day was played in quiet circumstances as the only game left on the fields. This didn’t deter the children who were determined to keep running for the full 50 minutes. Lucas was solid in goals for Red, keeping out attempts from Brennan and Jake constantly. Green are beginning to knit well as a team, calling and passing to each other, setting up goal shots. Jake, Brennan and Joseph coordinated their attack well for Green with the goal celebration by Jake highlighting the fact that he has gymnastic skills as well as soccer talent. Aliya and Emily were fierce in defence for Red, slowing down the ball play by Green. An exciting game to watch, final score 6-3 to Bluelight.
Darrels Gourmet Butchery division 3
Darrel’s Butchery v Gloss-Ter CarWash: Great work on defence today. Taj Smith, Aiden Blows, Bodhi Harrison and Oliver Collins worked hard trying to defend their goal. A late goal from Taj Smith was much needed. Great team work by the whole team. Well Done.Charlie Coombe had a good game again and scored a goal. Kyan Leu played well and also scored a goal. Riley Blanch had a had a great game and Jack Fisher-Webster stopped quite a few goals.

Gloucester Medico v Autolec Gloucester: Jali Wilson has once again shown consistent effort and energy scoring four goals with the support of the team. Mason Daniel and Logan Webeck also showed excellent effort throughout the game. Jack Joliffe and Jesse Ashby played hard for what was a great game. Alicia Edwards had another outstanding game scoring the two goals for the team. Brodie Baker and Toby Kellehear played an excellent game. Toby Warwick was as energetic and full of life as usual. Team Autolec Gloucester defended well as a team and had a great game today.

Gloucester BlueLight v Gloucester Dental: Great defence was shown today by Mia Blamires, Oliver Laurie and Liam Walmsley. Together as a team they had a phenomenal game with Justin Boorer scoring an impressive ten goals for Gloucester BlueLight. Jack Marks played an energetic game as usual and scored two goals with the support of Bradley Higgins and Jessica Marchant. Kenneth Wright did an amazing job as usual defended goals stopping at least five other goals from being scored.

Avon Valley Concreting division 4
Gloucester Dental v Darrels Butchery: Cruiz Genoli scored his first goal of the season. Mitchell Auckett played well in defence and goal. Thomas Richardson is growing in confidence in defence. Darrels Butchery had a great game, even with a depleted long weekend number. Everyone ran hard, lots of goals wee scored. Hunter McKinley bagged a few great goals and it was great to see Zoe Kilby getting involved and having a run.
CalCo Surveyors v Avon Valley Concreting: CalCo were determined to press forward right til the end but Avon Valley Concretng proved too strong this week with Beau Laurie, Pharoah Genoli and Jarrod Baker and Ewan Sheely all notable mentions. Spencer Haschek scored a great goal. A very enjoyable game to watch.
Bucketts Building Supplies v Ollies Service Centre: Great defence by Joslyn Kilby and Sam Merchant against a busy Ollies team. William Coombe, Kane Germon, Miller Ribbons and Riley Edwards worked well together to land several goals. Abigail Hayman, Mila Harrison and Isabella Fisher had a great time on the field.
