From life-saving open heart surgery as a child, through to his adult escapades seeing several continents from behind a pair of handlebars, his story highlights what anyone can achieve with self-belief and the courage to take that first step into the unknown.
To date Jeremy has raised almost $50,000 for the Australian, New Zealand and British Heart Foundations and it's just the start of what he believes he can achieve.
He is a recipient of the Australian Heart Foundation 'Heart Hero Award' and is an Ambassador for the Waterline Challenge.
"We're looking forward to hearing firsthand about Jeremy's adventures and his fundraising mission," library events officer, Danielle Donnelly said.
