The event, which is a shorter version of the Gloucester Mountain Man Tri Challenge, comprises a 10 kilometre bike ride, 4km kayak paddle and a 4km run.
Of the 105 competitors, some took part as individuals while others were part of a team. The day ran smoothly with the help of several community volunteers and around 100 student marshals.
Students from Gloucester Public and Barrington Public Schools also joined in on the fun, trying out the challenge before they become high students themselves.
The weather did not disappoint with the sun shining and lots of water in the Barrington River.
Kaito Sutton held onto his title of fastest male, while junior competitor, Emma Ashton took out the title of fastest female.
After the final student crossed the finish line, everyone gathered for a sausage sizzle, thanks to the Gloucester Lions Club and a drink before the presentation began.
