The annual event, one of the group’s key fundraisers, raised $11,730.60. The function also recognised the 20th anniversary since the group was formed.
“We are so very lucky to have so many generous supporters and dedicated committee members,” support group committee member Suzie Kitchener said.
The support group thanked those who gave their time, service and donations to make the night a memorable success.
Last month, the group accepted a donation from the Stroud Brick and Rolling Pin Competition committee following the Stroud Country Fair.
The fair was held on September 29 and was another fundraiser for the helicopter service.
The support group’s next event will be a barefoot bowls and toy raffle day at Gloucester Bowling Club on Sunday, November 11. The event will start at 9.30am. Entry is $12.
