Gloucester Cockies will hold two introductory training sessions in the lead up to the Lower Mid North Coast junior rugby union season.
Players will learn the basics of the game before the six week competition begins on March 1.
The sessions will be held at the Number One Oval in Gloucester from 4pm on both February 12 and 19.

The junior rugby season will see teams play on Friday evenings at Nabiac.
Meanwhile, the draws for both Upper and Lower North Coast first grade competitions have been released.
Gloucester will take on Forster-Tuncurry in round one on April 13. The grand final is set for August 24.
