According to the Bureau of Meteorology, the remainder of Friday February 15 will be partly cloudy with temperatures reaching 30 degrees. There is a very low chance of showers with light winds.
Temperature are predicted to same in a similar range reaching 29 degrees on Saturday February 16, with a slight chance of rainfall. It should be a partly cloudy, with winds east to southeasterly 15 to 20 km/h becoming light during the morning.
It should be mostly sunny on Sunday February 17, with temperatures creeping up to a maximum of 33 degrees with a very slight chance of a shower. Light winds becoming east to northeasterly 15 to 20 km/h during the afternoon then becoming light during the evening.
If you're looking to escape the heat, head up to the Barrington Tops, which should see partly cloudy days and temperatures in the high teens and low 20s across the weekend, with overnight temperatures falling to 9 degrees.
The Bureau of Meteorology recommends the use of sun protection from 9.10am to 5pm across the weekend with the UV index predicted to reach extreme.
