The meet was held at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre on March 9, and consisted of 50 metre sprints in the four strokes.
Swimmers had to qualify in the top four in their area heats in February to compete.
Emily placed 22nd in 13yrs freestyle and 27th in backstroke; Olivia placed 27th in 11yrs breaststroke.
Olivia's time also qualifies her to compete at NSW junior state age on March 20.
It is a great honour for the swimmers from Swimming North Coast as for most of them it is the first time they have swum at the Olympic site.
Great swimming everyone.
