I am honoured to have served Gloucester and the region in my first term, and am looking forward to continuing to represent their interests on Macquarie St.
When re-elected I was keen to get back to the job. Visiting Gloucester so soon after the election is my way saying 'thank you', and it allowed me to have a chat and a coffee with our local residents and business owners so everyone knew it was 'back to business' for their local member.
I was humbled and gratified by the overwhelming support that Gloucester residents gave me at the polling booths in Gloucester, so it was important to me that I visited Gloucester and personally express my gratitude to the local community.
As many will be aware I had been appointed Parliamentary Secretary for Agriculture, so I am very much looking forward to working with the new Minister for Agriculture to support rural and regional farmers, and help deliver to our communities on behalf of the Nationals in Government.
I would like to once again thank the people and electors of Gloucester for their support.
