While the majority of the 38 members are painters, the art society has welcomed a number of new members this year, some of who practise in a range of media.
During the exhibition, which runs from September 10 until October 7, you will find works in pastel, charcoal, pencil, oils, watercolours, collage and more.
Workshops presented throughout the year have expanded the skills of all of the artists, learning much from visiting artists and members who share their experience and knowledge of their craft.
This is one of many exhibitions the Gloucester Art Society has held at Gloucester Gallery, 25 Denison Street, over past many years, and all are always well received by the community and visitors.
Everyone is welcome to attend the official opening this Friday, September 13 at 6.30pm.
The gallery is open Wednesday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm and Sunday from 10am to 1pm
Entry to the gallery is free.
