The 29th annual Gloucester Mountain Tri Challenge attracted over 200 competitors to the region on Sunday, September 8.

This year, Darren Morton was crowned the 2019 Mountain Man completing the race in 2.43.53. He was followed by Nathan Stewart in a time of 2.51.37. Coming third was Nigel Hoschke with a time of 2.57.53.
The top spots for the female competitors saw Darleen Cheney take first place with a time of 3.43.09, second place went to Belinda Murray who finished in 3.57.28, and third place when to Cathryn O'donnell with a time of 4.17.38.
In the junior division, Nicholas White finished first in 3.40.32, Charles Dunn was second with a time of 4.43.12 and Harrison Edwards finished third in 5.02.01.
