According to the Bureau of Meteorology, forecast for the rest of Friday (October 11) are increasing showers and partly cloudy skies. There's an 80 per cent chance of showers and a chance of a thunderstorm, most likely during this afternoon and evening. Temperatures are due to max out at 22 degrees.
Showers are due to continue into Saturday (October 12), with a 95 per cent chance of 10 to 15mm of rain due to fall. Cloudy skies and light winds with a chance of a thunderstorm in the morning and afternoon. Top temperatures are due to reach 17 degrees with a low of 10 degrees.
The cloudy skies are set to remain on Sunday (October 13) with the chance of 1 to 4mm of rain at 60 per cent, most likely in the morning and afternoon. Light winds becoming south to southeasterly 15 to 20 km/h during the day then becoming light during the evening. Temperature due to reach 20 degrees with a low of 9 degrees.
If you're heading to the Barrington Tops, you can expect a similar chance of rain and thunderstorms across the weekend. Temperatures for Friday are due to reach a top of 11 degrees, with Saturday due to top out at 6 degrees with a low of 4 degrees, and Sunday expected to reach 9 degrees with a low of 3 degrees.
