Heidi Brenton and Ava Wall have competed solidly all season setting 20 personal best times. We've had 12 new club records set; Maddie Boorer - 300mPS, Jarrah Baker - Turbo, Justin Boorer - Turbo, 200m and Discus, Bradley Higgins - Turbo, Jessica Marchant - Discus, Bradley Rayner - 80m Hurdles, Asher Baker - Shot Put and Javelin, Travis Sansom - 800m and Cody Howard - 1500m.
End of season awards went to:
Under 6's Achievement Trophy - Alistair Clinch; 7,8,9 Track - Tie Between Sahara-Roze Genoli and Ava Wall; 7,8,9 Field - Cruiz Genoli; 10,11,12 Track - Liam Wamsley; 10,11,12 Field - Heidi Brenton; 13,14,15 Track - joint winners Jessica Howard and Nicholas Edwards; 13,14,15 Field - joint winners Emily Beggs, Kaysha Smith and Summer Edwards; Senior Track and Field - Keely Yates; Junior Encouragement - Hunter McKinley; Senior Encouragement - Charli Macdonald; Rotary Sportsmanship award - Kate Bradbury and Club Person - Hannah Murray.
We're looking forward to our amazing athletes heading to the regional carnival at Tamworth in February 2020.
