With the 2020 juniors rugby union season about to kick off, all interested players are invited to a free introduction session.

Lower Mid North Coast (LMNC) Juniors Rugby Union is holding the first 'get into rugby' session in Gloucester on Tuesday, January 14 from 6pm at the Number 1 Oval.

Hosted by the Gloucester Cockies, interested boys and girls aged 6 - 14 years can come out to give the sport a try.

No experience needed, just drink along a drink bottle and a mouth guard.

LMNC covers Gloucester, Wauchope, Forster Tuncurry, Nabiac, Taree and Old Bar, with session being held in most locations over the next few weeks.

If you're looking for something fun to do over the holidays and an opportunity to join a rugby community, the time is now.
