Due to government initiated changes in response to the COVID-19 crisis, Gloucester's bulky waste collection that was scheduled to start on Monday, March 23 has been called off.
JR Richards, who provides the service has advised council that it has suspended all non-essential waste collections, and this includes bulky waste collections.
Council apologises to all residents who have been busy getting their items out for the collection over the weekend.
"If you have already put your waste out, we do have to ask you to take it back in, A spokesperson for MidCoast Council said.
"We will let you know as soon as we have more information on when the collection will take place."
