The will run from 6pm to 7.30. There'll be further sessions on Friday July 31 and Friday August 7, again from 6pm to 7.30.
Junior rugby president Aaron Dodds said that in a further boost, former Wallaby representatives will be at the August 7 session to assist players and coaches.
He added that a Friday night competition will be starting in Port Macquarie and this would be open to players from this area, while the Coffs Challenge will be played at Coffs Harbour from Monday September 28 to Wednesday September 30.
This is a non-competitive 10s tournament for age groups from under 10s to 15s.
Meanwhile Forster-Tuncurry will be the venue for the State Junior Sevens, with October 9 to 11 being the proposed dates. This will be in the under 13, 15 and 17 age divisions. The Mid North Coast Zone will organise representative trials for the teams at dates to be advised.
