The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance at 3.55pm on Tuesday, January 12 to a report of a cow that had trampled a lady on a property at East Barrington.

NSW Ambulance transported the patient from the property to Gloucester township, where the helicopter rendezvoused with the ambulance.
NSW Ambulance paramedics and the Helicopter Critical Care Medical Team treated and stabilised the 46-year-old female for multiple injuries before being airlifted to John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition for further treatment.
