Anyone out there is invited to attend and try out Probus as a way of keeping in touch for retirees.
We will recommence our busy schedule as a 'travel' club, with the very first outing planned for March 25 to the Billabong Zoo at Port Macquarie.
This same visit had to be cancelled in March last year as the coronavirus first reared its ugly head. The day's visit will cost $75 which includes zoo entry, the bus trip, lunch and morning tea.
At the general meeting next Thursday we will strictly follow the current COVID-19 health instructions, social distancing, hand sanitising and other restrictions. The club now has its own COVID-19 Safety Plan and is committed to keeping all attendees safe.
In addition to the manual sign in there will be the Service NSW QR code for those with smartphones to also sign in electronically.
Members if you cannot attend please send your apologies to president Joan Harwood on 0428 107 663 for catering purposes.
